Your assessment has guided me to make better choices. I didn’t really know which foods are Alkaline or Acidic. So thank you for that, it makes me feel better that I am not contributing to my Acid Reflux condition. I do feel better, so thank you.

I have tried EVERYTHING. All kinds of diets, I walk 5-6 times a day for about 30-40 minutes and I eat a lot of protein. I’m not a fruit eater and it is hard to eat vegetables with my family. My doctor cannot even figure out why I cannot lose weight. But after following your recommendations and assessment, I started to lose weight, and now I’m 21 lbs lighter. Thank you so much!

Being acidic is killing my sex life. I have no sex drive, no interest. I’m 59 years old female. I tried prescription vaginal cream and testosterone, they didn’t work at all, in fact, I gained weight. It’s only when I start on an alkaline lifestyle based on your advice that I started to lose weight have feel more positive about myself, sex and life.

I have been using these fantastic greens for one month and have already seen improvement in my health. The most dramatic improvement is in my sleep. Prior to using the greens I would frequently wake up during the night and be awake for up to two hours. Now most nights I sleep solid for 7 hours or more. Also my arthritis has improved so I have decreased my Advil in half. I look forward to even more health benefits.

I have way more energy and I see it in how much I have been doing at home and at work. Before I was dragging and scattered - I just felt like I could not get it together - everything took so long to do. Sometimes I would find myself sitting and having to think my way through the next task. Now, it is like old times. Today I zoomed through the day, cleaned the whole house, washed all of the clothes, cleaned my kitchen and refrigerator, cleaned the aquarium, payed my bills, took out the trash, fixed the gate, moved the patio furniture, planted cabbage in my garden, wow! Like, I still have time - I got all of that done and it is not even 7:00 pm!

I'm indeed very grateful to come in contact to such a loving and caring person like you. Since the day I asked for the treatment of high acidity, you brought me to the knowledge of changing my foods to alkaline foods which you gave me a list of them. I just started the new lifestyle two days ago and I'm seeing a tremendous change as to the heart burn I used to have has reduced. Aching muscles gone and i'm now having a bowel movement everyday. I know I'm expecting much improvement as I follow your guide. May the Lord Almighty Grant you more wisdom. Thank you.

Part 1: Your Current State of Health

a) You have indicated that you are suffering from...

- Acid Reflux/Heartburn
- Heart Disease/High Cholesterol
- You experience 'energy crash' during mid-day
- You wake up at least once a night

Now here are my thoughts based on the information you provided...

Based on the above symptoms you are suffering from, your current body's pH level is highly acidic. Apart from the common causes, one major root cause for chronic health conditions like Acid Reflux/GERD/Heartburn, Heart Disease/High Cholesterol, is prolonged period of excess acidity in your body.

You might not be aware of this, but more and more research are being done on our body's pH level and the medical community is starting to become aware of how your body's acidity affect these health conditions.

For example, in a startling study of 253 patients published in the European Journal of Anaesthesiology, the researchers found that patients who died in the ICU had significantly higher acidity level in their arteries than those who survived.

Besides this study, dozens of studies have been conducted on our body's pH and how it affects your health.

This is why you might want to look into how you can alkalize your body and reverse these diseases.

While medications can temporarily mask or relieve your conditions, the drugs are not able to get rid of these diseases forver.

In fact, deep down inside, most folks are worried and frustrated that their conditions may worsen and have to to rely on the medications forever.

As you continue reading till the end, I'm going to share with you some ways you can alkalize your body and reverse all your health conditions.

But first, let's find out how your body's pH works...

Part 2: How pH Works and Why It Matters?

You see, the pH of your blood is tightly regulated by a complex buffering system, to keep it at a range of 7.35 to 7.45.

When excess acidity enters your body, the buffering system will regulate the blood's pH level.

To put it simply, it regulates the pH level by borrowing precious alkalizing minerals from your organs and tissues to neutralize the acid wastes.

Different individuals will experience different impact on the body based on which organs, muscle groups, or cells are affected by the drain of alkaline minerals. Eventually this will snowball into various diseases.

A high-acid diet creates a breeding ground for disease and leads to poor health. And a typical western diet is a high-acid diet.

Having an acidic body will also cause an increase in free radicals in your body. Free radicals are atoms or groups of atoms with an odd (unpaired) number of electrons and can be formed when oxygen interacts with certain molecules.

The chief danger comes from the damage when free radicals react with important cellular components such as DNA, or the cell membrane. Cells may function poorly or die if this occurs. Free radicals are also molecules responsible for aging and tissue damage.

Part 3: How Can You Boost Your Health & Heal Your Body?

You indicated with your responses that...

- You suffer from frequent aches and pains
- You suffer from excessive hair loss
- Your skin usually feels dry and dehydrated

Now here are my thoughts based on the information you have provided...

Firstly, on the whole, your diet might be deprived of the essential nutrients which are important to alkalize your body and lose weight naturally.

You indicated that your skin feels dry and dehydrated, which is a sign that your body lacks essential antioxidants - that are responsible for fighting dangerous and harmful free radicals.

Also based on what you have indicated, your diet comprises of mainly highly acidic food. The alkalizing minerals are mostly used to neutralize the excess acids and that is why your body do not have sufficient alkalizing minerals.

On top of that, as you are not consuming at least 3 servings of vegetables a day, your body may lack rich phytonutrients and antioxidants that rejuvenate your cells and strengthen your body.

Without these essential alkalizing minerals, your cells are unable to function efficiently.

That is why to counter the effects of acidity, you want to include some alkalizing and natural superfoods every day.

Superfoods are rich in alkalizing minerals, and cannot be found in your local grocery stores like most fruits and vegetables.

Based on your responses, we have analyzed and found a list of alkalizing and highly nutritious foods that can replenish the alkalizing minerals that are missing from your diet. My trusted colleague and nutritionist, Laura Lindsey, will be sharing with you on these superfoods - 5 superfoods that stop acid reflux, unclog your arteries, and boost your energy level.

These 5 superfoods will ensure that you have the essential minerals even if you consume less than 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

Part 4: Here's what you should do next -

1) Classify the foods you eat into Acidic or Alkalizing foods and record it down as a food journal.

The way we measure the acid-alkaline impact of a food is different from what you learned in elementary chemistry. We measure by the quantity and amount of the alkalizing minerals that the food contain.

To assist you with the journal, I have prepared a FREE Acid Alkaline Food Chart tomorrow. This chart will help you classify which foods are acidic and which foods are alkalizing. Do keep a lookout in your email.

2) I would highly recommend including this 5 superfoods in your diet for more energy and better health - 5 SuperFoods that Alkalize Your Body and Boost Your Immune System.

3) Check your email as we are going to send you more information-packed Alkaline Newsletters and tips to lose weight naturally and alkalize your body!
