Section 1: Your current diet & state of health

Based on your response, your current diet is causing you to gain weight and is stopping you from losing weight. Your body is in an acidic state (to test your body’s acidity level more accurately, you may want to test using a pH strip).
In fact, your diet is similar to most Americans which is causing you to gain fats and excess weight. Most people are obese and unhealthy not because of the excessive calories they consume, but rather it is primarily due to the foods they eat.

What I suggest you to do is to keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat each day.

With a food journal, your nutritionist can easily point out to you essential nutrients that are missing in your diet and advise you what foods to eat.
